Búzios is open for dinner from 5 pm to 11 pm Wednesday through Sunday and is located near the pool entrance. A private dining room is available for parties up to 100.

Wine Dinner Series Wine lovers have much to look forward to at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino this season, as Búzios Seafood Restaurant hosts a series of three wine dinners, starting on October 30 with featured vintages from Ferrari-Carano Vineyards & Winery.
The lovingly crafted wines of this Sonoma winemaker will be thoughtfully paired with six courses by Chef Trang Tran, including pan-roasted Chilean sea bass alongside a 2006 Tre Terre Chardonnay and filet served with Ferrari-Carano’s 2005 Prevail West Face.
