Enjoy the casually elegant atmosphere of Búzios, offering seating for large groups as well as more intimate occasions, and single seating at Búzios fresh oyster bar overlooking an open kitchen.

Búzios is open for dinner from 5 pm to 11 pm Wednesday through Sunday and is located near the pool entrance. A private dining room is available for parties up to 100.

Wine Dinner Series

Wine lovers have much to look forward to at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino this season, as Búzios Seafood Restaurant hosts a series of three wine dinners, starting on October 30 with featured vintages from Ferrari-Carano Vineyards & Winery.

The lovingly crafted wines of this Sonoma winemaker will be thoughtfully paired with six courses by Chef Trang Tran, including pan-roasted Chilean sea bass alongside a 2006 Tre Terre Chardonnay and filet served with Ferrari-Carano’s 2005 Prevail West Face.
