KJ Dim Sum & Seafood Las Vegas Chinese Restaurant at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino provides guests the KJ Kitchen signature fresh selection of seafood, prepared by a team of chefs trained in the tradition of authentic Chinese cuisine.

Now open across from Carnival World, the new Rio Las Vegas restaurant features the first KJ dim sum menu, available during lunch. This dim sum offering will bring a special element of the Chinese culture to casino guests and loyal KJ Kitchen diners interested in a new menu and setting.

Danny “Leung” Nhan, the owner of KJ Kitchen, is excited about the expansion, especially the dim sum menu which will provide a one-of-a-kind Rio Las Vegas Chinese restaurant experience for many visitors. “We offer a high quality dim sum and fine dining experience set in a comfortable atmosphere,” said Nhan, referring to the magnificent 4,600 sq. ft. Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino  location that seats up to 350 people.

Exclusive to the Rio Las Vegas restaurant location, the dim sum experience also includes a customary tableside cart allowing guests to visually select their options. Guests can also enjoy the various shrimp, lobster, crab and giant clam dishes that have made KJ Kitchen a local favorite.
