ABOUT THE PENN & TELLER MAGIC SHOW
Known for their outrageous blending of comedy and magic, Penn & Teller´s Las Vegas show often skewers the traditional hat-and-rabbit tricks and vanishing acts. After becoming a smash Broadway hit and touring the country, the dynamic duo continues their Las Vegas performance, 20 years and counting.
Unlike your common “oohs” and “ahhs,” Penn & Teller debunk magic by incorporating gags in them. Edgy, provocative and hilarious, think magic tricks gone wrong. In one stunt, you’ll see them cut a showgirl in half, only for “blood” to spurt everywhere. But not to worry – it’s all part of the show. And if you've never seen a guy catch a bullet between his teeth (or someone in a straitjacket lying on a bed of spikes), you can cross that off your bucket list! This famous pair couldn’t be more opposite, yet perfect, for each other. While Penn may have the more boisterous, outgoing personality, Teller’s just as much of a riot despite the silent act. And contrary to Teller's silence, he actually taught Latin class in high school.
Penn & Teller's live show on any given night can also involve knives, guns, a fire-eating showgirl and a duck. Known as the "Bad Boys of Magic," for supposedly revealing the secrets to their tricks, they may show you how it´s done, but still leave you startled.
The remarkable theater can seat 1,475 people, with balcony and mezzanine seating available. Plus, with high ceilings and massive theater space, you’ll feel like you’re watching a show in an opera house.
Penn & Teller have love for their fans, so make sure to stick around. After the show, they hold a meet-and-greet session outside the theater. The theater is located along Rio’s Convention Way, just past Starbucks and the spa.
ABOUT THE FAMED MAGICIANS PENN AND TELLER

Why You'll Love It
An outrageous blend of comedy and magic
Edgy, provocative and hilarious
One of the longest running shows in Las Vegas history
"The most intelligent show in Vegas, as these two -- magicians? illusionists? truth-tellers? BS artists? geniuses? -- put on 90 minutes of, yes, magic and juggling, but also acerbic comedy, mean stunts, and quiet beauty."
"Eccentric comic magicians Penn & Teller once seemed an unlikely fit for Las Vegas, but they're more popular now than when they came to town more than a decade ago. The two have spread into mainstream culture beyond the Strip, thanks to Penn (the big loud one to Teller's short mime) becoming a cable news pundit and Celebrity Apprentice contestant."
