From 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Charles will be behind the bar, pouring his award-winning Intercept Wines and Woodson Whiskey, and mixing up a few of his favorite signature cocktails.

Elijah Craig Bourbon meets a touch of Brazilian cachaça and orgeat syrup, balanced with tiki bitters and finished with a flamed orange peel.
As part of our celebration, Elijah Craig will pledge to donate $1 for every Old Fashioned sold to
bar and restaurant workers in need in partnership with the Southern Smoke Foundation.
