Would I be able to pick up tickets that are not under my name?
No, only the original purchaser must be present and provide valid physical photo ID.

Does Rio serve food in the showrooms?
All venues serve light snacks. Comedy Cellar offers a limited menu of pub style food and Faaabulous offers a full meal.
Comedy Cellar and Faaabulous have servers, while other venues include a walk up bar for guests 21 years of age and over.
What is Rio’s age requirements for shows?

Recommended for ages 3 and up. All patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age. Infants under 1 year old can be held on the lap of a paying ticket holder.
Do you accept cash as payment at the box office?
No, we are a cashless outlet and only accept credit cards as a form of payment.
Apple pay is also accepted.
What are the box office hours?
The WOW box office is open daily – 4:00pm-10:00pm (subject to change)
The Penn & Teller box office is open from 7:00pm-8:30pm on Penn & Teller performance nights.
Where is the box office located?
The WOW box office is located in the Masquerade casino in front of the WOW showroom.
