Does Rio accept cash at the front desk?
Rio does not accept cash at the time of check-in for payment and incidentals. All payments will be processed through credit card.
Guests may pay with exact cash amount at check-out, though no change will be available.
Are pets allowed at Rio?
Yes, Rio is pet friendly. Only dogs that weigh 50 lbs or less, up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight of 75 lbs total. Pet Fee is $150 for 1-6 days, and $300 for 7-28 days. Registration Form is required at time of check in.
Do I need a room key to access the pool?
Yes. Hotel guests must scan their room key for pool access.
