The Kitchen Table Debuts at Rio, Serving Breakfast and Lunch Classics with a Modern Spin and a Spirited Beverage Program

LAS VEGAS (Dec. 29, 2025) – The Kitchen Table, a modern American breakfast and lunch destination, is now open at Rio Hotel & Casino, offering guests a fresh take on classic comfort food in a warm, inviting setting. Designed for leisurely mornings, lively brunches, and everything in between, The Kitchen Table blends nostalgic charm with contemporary flair – creating a welcoming destination for daytime dining.

The concept celebrates the best of daytime dining with a menu anchored by crave-worthy favorites such as:

  • Crab Cake Benny – English muffin layered with tender crab cakes, sautéed spinach, and perfectly poached eggs, finished with rich hollandaise, paprika, and chives, served with golden hash browns.
  • Specialty Pancakes – Guests can enjoy a unique variety of pancakes including red velvet, ube, banana matcha, and classic vanilla for a sweet, indulgent start.
  • Carnivore Skillet – A hearty medley of bacon, kielbasa sausage, ham, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and melted cheese, crowned with two eggs any style and served with hash browns and a warm biscuit.
  • Hangover Burger – An indulgent favorite featuring an 8oz chorizo-beef blend, pecanwood bacon, two fried eggs, cheddar, and aioli on a croissant, served with sweet potato fries.

Complementing the food is a lively beverage program with signature Bloody Marys, mimosa flights, spritzes, and boozy coffees, positioning The Kitchen Table as a go-to destination for brunch in Las Vegas.

The restaurant’s design mirrors its culinary approach, featuring warm wood tones, soft green and cream hues, and cozy banquettes that create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. Specials like the Bacon Bar and steak-and-egg plates add indulgence and variety, encouraging guests to return.

The Kitchen Table is located inside Rio Hotel & Casino.  It is open every day for breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.  Walk-ins are welcome, and complimentary parking is available.
