Eggslut is a chef-driven, gourmet food concept founded in 2011. Its menu is a balance of comfort and innovation, celebrating food that is both delicious and accessible. What began as a popular food truck cruising the streets of Los Angeles quickly evolved into a culinary phenomenon, with its first brick-and-mortar location opening in L.A.’s iconic Grand Central Market in 2013. Today, Eggslut has cultivated an enthusiastic global following, delighting food lovers in cities across the United States and internationally.
Conveniently located right inside the main entrance, Eggslut at Rio will be serving up the signature cage-free egg sandwiches that have made them a cult favorite. Menu highlights include the iconic Fairfax with soft scrambled eggs, caramelized onions, cheddar, and sriracha mayo; the Bacon, Egg & Cheese elevated with applewood smoked bacon and chipotle ketchup; and the house-made turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese – all served on warm brioche buns made fresh. Guests can also enjoy the cult-favorite Slut, a coddled egg over silky potato purée served with slices of baguette along with sides like truffle hashbrowns and buttermilk biscuits.
Eggslut will be open for breakfast and lunch from 7 AM to 2 PM daily as of December 19.
