Celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend with an indulgent tasting menu for two.
The experience begins with a Champagne greeting and High Steaks’ signature Bread & Butter service, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. Guests will then enjoy a refined take on Steak & Eggs, featuring Wild Game Tartare, Ossetra Caviar, and Brioche, followed by a Seared Tuna Niçoise Salad with Quail Egg, Green Beans, Tomato, Niçoise Olives, and Confit Potato. French Onion Croquettes filled with Prime Rib, Caramelized Onions, and Gruyère round out the opening courses.
For the main event, the menu showcases a showstopping Wagyu Short Rib Wellington with Wild Mushrooms, Puff Pastry, and Sauce Périgord, served alongside Glazed Green Beans. The evening concludes with a signature High Steaks Vegas Dessert, crafted to finish the celebration on a sweet note.
