LAS VEGAS (December 19, 2025) – Rio Las Vegas has officially opened Eggslut, marking the first off-Strip location of the globally recognized eatery. The addition is the latest in the resort’s growing culinary lineup.
To commemorate the opening, Rio held a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Patrick Miller, President and CEO of Rio Hotel & Casino, alongside SVP of Hospitality Alyssa Mendes and Eggslut Chef de Cuisine Brian Fairhurst.
“Eggslut’s opening adds another dynamic dining option to Rio’s evolving culinary lineup, delivering a chef-driven, quick-serve experience with easy access for both locals and visitors,” said Miller. “We’re excited to welcome guests to enjoy the iconic breakfast and lunch offerings that have made Eggslut a standout favorite.”
Eggslut is open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is located just off the front desk at Rio Las Vegas. The space is designed to accommodate dine-in service with comfortable seating as well as to-go ordering, complemented by the resort’s convenient location and free parking.
